Located in the midst of the HDB estates, The Milky Way, a humble setup with an indie vibe. A simple interior, a perfect cafe to chill in the quiet afternoon.  The Milky Way is a place where your taste buds just can't stay still.
2. Ice Cream.  ($3.80-$4.50 a scoop)
One of the owners had learned how to make ice cream from an “Italian gelato master” in Singapore who apparently has over 30 years’ experience in gelato-making. What's more, their Ice Cream are freshly made in store!

If you have a sweet tooth, I would suggest the strawberry cheesecake ice cream. I love how creamy the ice cream is, Strawberry Cheescake is a little sticky, but you can very well taste the strawberry flavour when the ice cream melts in your mouth.

For me, I chose Think Pistachio. I find that it's not that sweet compared to Strawberry Cheesecake, more of a nutty flavour. Friends who enjoy having almond ice cream are recommended to try this. It is a pretty rare find in Singapore.

3. Beverage. ($4 up)
The cappuccino was gorgeous, it's silky, frothy, creamy and the aroma given off by the cappuccino is more than just coffee beans.



4. 5 Mins walk from MRT.
It only a 5 mins walk from the Commonwealth MRT Station!

5. A perfect place to chill with friends.
Thinking that The Milky Way is going to put a large hole in your wallet? Well, that's probably not the case! The Milky Way offers high quality beverages and waffles at an affordable range of below 10bucks!

On top of that, the great lighting, wonderful interior design and splendid latte art makes this the perfect spot for all youngsters who love taking foodfies!
